Huge Disappointment! Frank was significantly Late, and I had an 11am hotel checkout time.... We had agreed to the 830-9am time frame for arrival, and he arrived at 950... "I'm just waking up". When he arrived at the door, he looked so different from his pics (probably old pics), I even wondered if Frank had sent someone else, in his place. He needed to use the restroom, after which, I gave him $40 for his transportation... He was with me for 5 minutes, Tops. He was argumentative, and then said, "pretty shitty". He left, pounding on my hotel door.
