As a dancer I have studied the body and various forms of somatic (sensory) approaches. My bodywork practice draws on experiences from contact dance, feldenkrais, alexander technique, craniosacral therapy and release technique. I am certified in Reiki and have practiced journeying regularly with a Shaman. I draw on a diverse array of approaches in order to facilitate deep listening and visceral, physical work that communicates clearly between bodies.

Bodywork can be grounding, bringing a deep sense of peace. We can also move energy and circulation through the body to find more integration, discovering new sources of pleasure and movement. Emotional blockages related to intimacy, creative or sexual energy can be heard, witnessed and given space to move on.
