It's now shortly after 1 a.m. on November 3rd, I'm on night shift, like the whole week, and another bad boy is having a lot of fun in my fixed bed! He struggles with the psychiatric shackles and won't get out. I'm curious to see when he'd like to "persuade" me for the first time to let him out early. I'm afraid he'll bite the granite because whoever is tied up with me stays fixed for the agreed time without any ifs or buts. Point. An early release is only possible if there were really health problems and I, as a carer, can tell for sure if that were the case. So don't bother with fakes, because I'm not stupid!
Well, then I'll go milking him nasty, after all, the bad boy expects very good and horny care from me in between! And because I like to torture the patient with my own horniness, it will take at least an hour before he "comes"!
