1.We will ask you for a deposit, deductible from the total sum due, of at least one hour of our time or 20% of the booking, whichever is the greatest, payable in advance through PayPal.
You do not need to have a PayPal Account to use this. This is totally secured and we are both guaranteed and protected by the Credit Card Act, it will also assuage that new clients are genuine and not wasting either of our times.

2.We will ask for a mobile or landline telephone number. We are totally discreet and will always call at prearranged time during the day or if anything prevents us to attend well in advance of the meeting, in which case the deposit will be fully refunded.

3.The above is not negotiable.
