Relieves all deep tension & stress, I include stretching and work on the whole body from toe's/fingers to the head and always offer different exercises to follow up the treatment specific to each person. I can do an hour treatment (€70 like this but it does feel rushed to me

If you are experienced enough in massage, you know what you want, tell me the exact locations you need on your body whether its just arms and glutes or upper shoulders with lower back, or you want the whole treatment dedicated to your hip flexors n glutes

SPORTS-
** Full body €120 (only 4 athletes-quite painful)
** €35 per zone (hams n calves / quads n glutes / glutes n lower back / shoulders n neck)

Thermal Stones Massage
** Full body €95
Soothing yet stimulating as well including essential oils from Lavender and Eucalyptus great to relax with, (i do preferably need at least 24 hours notice to make sure everything is prepared, clean and hot, ready for you). This is more holistic style massage.

Swedish massage:-
** Full body €70 1 hour / €95 1.5hours / €120 2hours

Reflexology

Mobilisation massage with a general deep tissue on the hips, back, and neck, with a gentle mobilisation throughout the spine to loosen up and tension built up through static working sitting at a desk or through over stressed exercising and stiffening.

HOPI EAR CANDLES
Head massage €45
Cleanse the ears through this West Indian style treatment using a candle in each eat separately

Please do not ask for discount's, as much as i would like to, I do not believe this is fair on clients/patients who become my regulars who do pay the full price. I also would not want to "cheapen" the quality of the treatment's that i deliver.

My hands are well trained and are very strong due to experience. This has been developed with a Premiership rugby team, Semi-pro football teams, and rugby teams, a ice-hockey team. National athletes and international tennis athletes.

I utilise multiple techniques and adapt them to all requirements from gentle relaxation massage to deep sports tissue where my massage table becomes 'the torture rack' as some athletes have described it - they just want something to moan at really.

Treatments and sessions are not always confined to the table, depending if you have an injury and where it is and what sport you are into or if its just a gym injury I will accommodate to your needs on the pitch, court, field, gym, hotel or island!
