My passion is to help people in personal development, relax and find your inner happiness. I help using my experience in NLP, life coaching, Reiki healing and massage.

Reiki healing:

Reiki is one of the widely known forms of energy healing.
Emotional and physical stresses tend to block our energy flow. Reiki opens up any blockages and re-starts the inner circulation.
For people, who have a problem with the word “energy”, Reiki healing
can be described as “balancing the inner chemistry”.
After the healing you feel inner awareness, deeper breathing and love
and kindness to yourself, your life and others. It touches your soul.

Reikimassage:

It's a combination of the Reiki healing and a very relaxing massage called Swedish massage. A Swedish massage relax the body’s tissues, increase the blood circulation and relieve stress. The Reikimassage helps to achieve relaxation and an overall sense of well being.

Life coaching:

Life coaching is for everyone who wants to live life to the full potential.
As a life coach I can help you to understand your current position in life, by listening, asking the right questions and giving you the right support. You already have all the answers hidden away inside of you. A life coach has the key to open the door.
Look at your problems as areas you’ve already identified you’d like to improve rather than crises and take them as wonderful gifts. Instead of getting stressed you can learn and grow.
Enjoy the here-and-now, but do not stand still. Take control over your life and develop practical ways to transform your dreams into your goals.
You can change any belief, if you want. It can be difficult for the mind to break down limiting beliefs. With support it is easy and you can live your life, exactly how you want it. It just takes your courage, commitment and motivation.

I also do house visits and late appointments for an extra charge.

About me:

I am trained as a life coach, massage therapist and Reiki healer. Prior to this I worked in various fields such as fitness, sports and special needs education as a teacher.
I am a certified life coach with an additional diploma in massage therapy, and a Master of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I also have a 2nd degree in Reiki healing. I have been a volunteer assistant for one of the longest established NLP training companies in the UK.
I was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark. I have lived and worked in Miami, Sydney, London, Berlin and now Sitges.

Mi pasión es ayudar a las personas en el desarrollo personal, relajarse y encontrar su felicidad interior. Ayudo a mi experiencia en el uso de la NLP, coaching de vida, sanación Reiki y masaje.

Reiki:

Reiki es una de las formas ampliamente conocidas de la energía de sanación.
Tensiones emocionales y físicas tienden a bloquear nuestro flujo de energía. Reiki abre los bloqueos y re-inicia la circulación interior.
Para las personas que tienen un problema con la palabra "energía", sanación Reiki
puede ser descrito como "el equilibrio de la química interior".
Después de la curación que se sienta la conciencia interior, la respiración profunda y el amor
y la bondad a ti mismo, tu vida ya los demás. Toca tu alma.

Reikimassage:

Es una combinación de la sanción Reiki y un masaje muy relajante llamado masaje sueco. Un masaje sueco relajar los tejidos del cuerpo, aumentar la circulación sanguínea y aliviar el estrés. El Reikimassage ayuda a lograr la relajación y una sensación general de bienestar.

Coaching de vida:

Coaching de vida es para todos los que quieran vivir la vida al máximo potencial.
Como un coche de la vida que puedo ayudarle a entender su posición actual en la vida, al escuchar, hacer las preguntas correctas y que le da el apoyo adecuado. Usted ya tiene todas las respuestas escondidas dentro de ti. Un coche de la vida tiene la llave para abrir la puerta.
Mire sus problemas como áreas que ya has identificado desea mejorar en lugar de las crisis y tomarlos como regalos maravillosos. En lugar de ser esterado puede aprender y crecer.

Acerca de mí:

Me formé como un coche de la vida, terapeuta de masaje y Reiki sanador. Antes de esto he trabajado en diversos campos como la física, el deporte y la educación especial como un maestro.
Yo soy un entrenador de vida certificada con un diploma adicional en la terapia de masaje, y una maestría en PNL (Programación Neuro Lingüística). También tengo un segundo grado en Reiki curación. He sido un asistente voluntario para una de las empresas de formación de PNL más antiguas en el Reino Unido.
Nací y crecí en Copenhague, Dinamarca. He vivido y trabajado en Miami, Sydney, Londres, Berlín y ahora Sitges.

Mein Leidenschaft ist Leute zu helfen, zu entwickeln und ein befriedigenderes Leben zu leben. Ich tue das in meiner Arbeit als Life coach, Reiki Healer und Reikimassagetherapeut.

Reiki Heilung:

Reiki ist eine der bekanntesten Formen von Energieheilung. Sie löst physischen und psychischen Stress, regt den Energiefluss im Körper wieder an und massiert die Seele. „Energiefluss“ kann auch mit „innerer Balance“ beschrieben werden.
Eine Reiki Behandlung befreit Dich, Du fühlst inneren Ausgeglichenheit, Frieden mit Dir selbst und Deinem Umfeld.

Reiki Massage:

Die Reiki Massage ist eine Kombination aus Reiki Heilung und Klassischer Massage. Sie entspannt Muskelgewebe, verbessert die Durchblutung und löst Stress. Die Reiki Massage wirkt entspannend und baut Dich wieder auf.

Life Coaching:

Life coaching ist für alle, die das volle Potential des Lebens nutzen möchten
Als Life Coach helfe ich Dir, Dein Leben zu verstehen. Ich höre zu, hinterfrage und biete die richtige Hilfestellung an. Als Life Coach gebe ich keine Antworten, sondern finde die Lösungen, die sich in Dir verstecken.
Betrachte Probleme nicht als Krisen sondern als Herausforderungen und lerne, mit ihnen zu wachsen. Geniesse das hier-und-jetzt aber bleibe nicht stehen. Nimm Dein Leben in die Hand und verwandele Deine Träume in Ziele. Als Life Coach unterstütze ich Dich dabei, Dein Leben zu leben, wie Du es willst. Preis pro Behandlung variieren ab €45/Stunde

Für Hausbesuche und späte Termine wird eine extra Gebühr erhoben.

Um Stornierungsgebühren zu vermeiden, sollten vereinbarte Termine 24 Stunden vorher abgesagt werden.

Lebenslauf:

Ich bin ausgebildeter Life Coach, diplomierter Masseur, habe den zweiten Grad in Reiki und einen Master in NLP (Neurolinguistisches Programmieren). Ich habe als Fitness- und Sporttrainer gearbeitet, als Lehrer an einer Sonderschule für körperlich und geistig behinderte Kinder, sowie als Assistent an einer der ältesten NLP Schulen in Großbritannien.

Geboren und aufgewachsen bin ich Kopenhagen und habe in Miami, Sydney und London gearbeitet, bevor ich im Dezember 2007 nach Berlin gezogen bin. Ab 2014 wohne ich in Sitges.
