Mon massage est de type ayurvedique et consiste en un massage en profondeur pour reduire les tensions et le stress qui sont souvent responsable des troubles de sante corporelle.

2 Options:


+ MASSAGE option AYURVEDA SIMPLE:

Cette technique de massage s'accomplit au mieux à même le sol car j'utilise tout le poids de mon corps, coudes, pieds, genoux, buste; le massage se passe sur les deux faces du corps, les pieds et la tete avec un melange d'huiles (chaude si possible) d'amande/argan/sesame/neem et des huiles essentielles et plantes ayurvédiques au choix qui energisent, relaxent et regenerent le corps en stimulant la circulation sanguine.
Je combine plusieurs techniques sur une base ayurveda avec la thérapie radicale-structurelle, le shiatsu, la sacro-craniologie pour travailler plus en profondeur sur des problemes spécifiques anciens ou chroniques comme le nerf sciatique, hernies, lombalgies ou des nevralgies du cou.
L'effet est relaxant mais aussi régénérateur et donne une sensation d'allègement du poids corporel et par conséquent un sommeil plus profond et réparateur.
Le toucher varie de puissant à doux en s'adaptant à chaque personne selon les besoins et les dispositions du corps au moment du massage.

+ MASSAGE NATURISTE option TANTRAYURVEDA:

Cette option comprend tous les bienfaits du massage AYURVEDA basique énergétique mais avec une touche TANTRA qui amène à une connection plus intime et sacrée avec beaucoup de contact des corps (nous sommes tous les deux nus) et se déroule selon l'intuition du moment et de la symbiose de nos corps dans un esprit inconditionnel.
C'est une approche qui explore les sens et la sensualité pour inspirer de meilleures futures interactions sensuelles/sexuelles dans un échange intime plus creatif et sacré dans la relation de couple.

L'option TANTRAYURVEDA a pour but d'initier le patient à la notion de KUNDALINI (Energie de Force de Vie) et de stimuler l'energie sexuelle pour la re-diriger vers la colonne vertébrale en direction du coeur et du 3eme oeil et par la suite de la redistribuer dans tout le corps.
Le massage de la verge est compris dans cette option et un toucher sensible de l’anus possible selon le ressenti.
Nous pratiquons également une méditation légère et une respiration circulaire dite 'PranaYama' au début et parfois à la fin de la séance...

+ SIMPLE AYURVEDA MASSAGE option:

My massage is from AYURVEDIC background which consists in a deep tissue massage to relieve from tensions and stress, using the bodyweight, elbows, feet and sometimes the whole body & is performed on both patient's sides, the feet, the neck, the head & face along with holistic essential oils & special ayurvedic herbs (sesame/neem/herbs) that relax tensions & tissues, refreshes the body and revitalize the energy levels.
I massage on a futon bed type that is hard but very comfortable or on a double bed if firm enough.
I add other techniques such as structural/radical therapy which is about connecting in depth via the bone & the marrow with some memories or trigger points, deep chronic pains or traumas from the past or within an emotion that manifested itself in the body as a knot or tissue entrapment, in the sciatic nerve or as an hernia and release its memories and energies to free some space within the body.
Also Sacro-cranial therapy which consists in a more subtle approach to the breathing of the bones and seeks to restore the natural rhythmic movement found between the bones of the skull; it does the same for the movements of the sacrum. The purpose of this is to aid the circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid throughout the central nervous system and activate a deep relaxation.
The touch is nurturing but strong, sensual but therapeutic and is better performed on a naked body but i can use towels to cover the area that is not massaged on request or if the patient feels cold (which is rare as the room should be very well heated).
Thats why i call it INTUITIVE massage as i use the techniques or tools that comes up according to the patient's needs at the time of the healing from deep to gentle.
This massage will improve your blood circulation, stimulate your immune system and therefore generate a better flow of energy throughout the body.

Il massaggio ayurvedico è il mio tipo e si compone di un massaggio profondo del tessuto per ridurre la tensione e lo stress , che sono spesso responsabili di problemi di salute fisica.
Questa tecnica di massaggio viene eseguito meglio sul pavimento perché io uso il peso del mio corpo , i gomiti , i piedi , le ginocchia , il petto ; Il massaggio si svolge su entrambi i lati del corpo , piedi e testa con una miscela di oli caldi ( se possibile) di mandorle / argan / sesamo / neem e oli essenziali che eccitare , rilassarsi e ringiovanire il corpo , stimolando la circolazione sanguigna .
Combino diverse tecniche basate su ayurveda con terapia radicale - strutturale , shiatsu , sacro-iliache craniologia a lavorare più in profondità su temi specifici , come il nervo sciatic
